When paying by international transfer, please note that bank fees are usually incurred. Please ensure that the full amount due, plus the bank fees are covered. We recommend an additional $25 be paid to cover the bank fees.

Credit card

Please download the Credit Card Debit Authorisation Form , complete and send to your Admissions Officer.

All credit card payments will incur a 0.2% transaction fee to cover bank charges.
Navitas Professional only accepts Visa and Mastercard.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Professional Year Program

ACS & Accounting

Fee (AU$)	ACS	Accounting	Due
Application fee	$250.00	$250.00	On application. Non-refundable
Tuition fee	$12,050	$11,000	1st instalment payable 2 weeks prior to intake start date.
Total	$12,300^~	$11,250^~	Late payments will incur $250. The internship component of tuition fees are inclusive of GST.
Current promotions	For Professional Year - Accounting, students enrolling to start before before 30 June 2019 can apply for $2,500 scholarships. Students enrolling to start in the Professional Year - IT program before 30 November 2018 in our Canberra campus will get an introductory discount of $1,000.

Conditions	Upon submission of the Application Form, the application fee is non-refundable.

Engineering (EEA)

If you are an Engineering applicant please refer directly to the Engineers Australia website for the current tuition fee structure

Tuition fee	$14,950	2 weeks prior to orientation.
Total	$15,200^~	Instalment plans available^#. The internship component of tuition fees are inclusive of GST.
Current promotions	There are currently no promotions for Professional Year - Engineering.

Conditions	^#The instalment plan includes a non-refundable application and instalment administration fee of $550 should the participant voluntarily withdraw from the program prior to commence, but after acceptance.

Career Experience Program (CEP)

Tuition fee	$2,700	1st instalment payable 2 weeks prior to intake start date.
Total	$2,950^~	For internships that are in a specialist area, it will incur a specialist fee of $300*. The internship component of tuition fees are inclusive of GST.

Professional Internship Program (PIP)

Work-readiness Workshops
